to TRIP
TRIP
has been based in Honiton for over 10 years and is
a 'One Stop Shop' for Community Transport information
and advice serving East Devon. TRIP is a Registered
Charity (number 1082544) and depends on fundraising
efforts, as well as grants, to enable our services
to continue.
TRIP
Community Transport Association provides:-
Direct
administration for four voluntary car services covering
the Honiton district,
the Seaton area, the
Lyme Regis area and Exeter.
The
Honiton & District Ring
& Ride, a fully accessible door to door bus
service covering the town and surrounding areas.
A disabled accessible vehicle service for the whole
community,serving the Honiton
area and the Seaton
area, transporting wheelchair users to the local social
services daycare centre and for medical appointments
or for trips out.
Honiton Shopmobility
wheelchair and electric scooter hire.
A school transport service for a special school in
Honiton.
A school meals delivery service for three local schools.
Administration of a Devon County Council Fare
Car private hire/ shared taxi scheme covering
Honiton and the surrounding area.
We also handle the Ambulance Car Service bookings
for patients of most doctors surgeries in Exeter &
East Devon booking transport to hospitals in Exeter,
East Devon and the South West area.
We
also carry a stock of living
aids including grabbers, walking sticks and frames.
We
are a Registered Charity (1082544) and a company limited
by guarantee.
