The Honiton & District Ring & Ride Community Minibus Service covers Honiton and the surrounding countryside going as far North as Smeatharpe, East to Wilmington, South to Branscombe and West to Whimple, Ottery St. Mary and Payhembury.

The service gives door-to-door transport from your home to Honiton for shopping and for other purposes. It also provides Monday trips out to places such as Taunton, Exeter, Exmouth and Sidmouth for Honiton residents and on a Thursday there are day trips to other destinations plus Friday afternoon shorter trips. Services also provided for residents of other areas- usually at least once a week.

At weekends, Passenger Club trips travel further afield to destinations such as Weston-Super-Mare, Glastonbury, Torbay and Plymouth.

All trips need to be booked through the TRIP office in Honiton either by calling in or telephoning 01404 46529

Costs for local journeys start from £3.00 return for the Honiton town area.

The Ring & Ride buses are available for hire by eligible groups. They are usually available evenings and over most weekends and can be available during the week. Training in operating the equipment for wheelchair access is available and a D1 driving licence is necessary to drive the bus. Ring & Ride drivers are available, if required, at an hourly rate.

There is a £3.00 annual membership fee that goes towards the costs of posting all of our users quarterly with the lists of the next three months journeys plus a short newsletter.
